If a new product is defective, causing inoperability with 12 months of purchase, the product can be sent back to us for a new replacement. Please email <a href=\"mailto:info@dmeauthority.com\">info@DMEAuthority.com<\/a> for replacement requests.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Return Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note that <strong>items sold at discounted prices<\/strong> are <strong>Final<\/strong> and <strong>Non-refundable<\/strong>. We offer <strong>One Time Return ONLY<\/strong> for items being returned within <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">14 days of purchase<\/span> for products that are in brand new condition, never worn, and in their original, unopened packaging. Please list the reason for your return.<\/li>\n<li>Once you receive the <strong>Return Authorization Code<\/strong> through our email reply, please proceed to send your return item back to us.<\/li>\n<li>Please send the items to the address below with a Clearly Written Note stating the following.\n<ul class=\"return-list\" style=\"list-style: none;\">\n<li>a.
